Excellent service

I received the wheelbarrow within 2 days of ordering it, a superb bit of kit well made ,excellent quality but unfortunately it is to big to go through my side gate, I e-mailed supplier asking if I could return it ,they replied within an hour saying no problem,so I am in process of returning it to supplier, as it was my fault in the first place in ordering the wrong one I am pretty pleased with their response. Easy buy. Good delivery. Barrow legs are wobbly when constructed. Only pressed metal instead of solid. Barrow handles good and chunky in comparrison. More support for the legs required and yes it is put put together as per instructions. Having now used the barrow and considering your reply it would appear also that because of the narrow width of the legs and the wide body as well as the wobbly construction the barrow easily tips to one side or the other if not careful putting it down.

Great service really quick deliver and great product

Didn't receive what I ordered. After many emails and phone calls I had a reply to say it was on its way. They never sent me the final part leaving me stuck. Poor service and still no part which I've paid for. WI'll never use this company again!!
