This is the second time i have ordered via this company i am really happy with the product . The first order arrived within a day. There was a problem with the second order.. but it was not due to the company.. i rang and spoke to a very nice chap who got onto the courier who was at fault.. i have now recieved this and am really happy. I will most certainly be ordering again for the rest of the products i require..

Am still waiting , asked for call back.. not had one yet.. DPD tracking number is unknown to dpd.. little bit unsure of what you be paid money too right now. Just want my order!

We placed a large order for gravel matting on Monday 1st June but apart from an automated acknowledgement we have not received any other communication or estimated delivery date. The telephone number on the website diverts to the voicemail service of a mobile number which is full so that messages cannot be left. We have sent messages via the web-site but not received a response. As an update - I received a call from Ibran confirming they would arrange for delivery on Tuesday June 9th. All the grids arrived on that day so we were very pleased with the response and service.

Excellent level of customer service. I ordered the wrong fixings, contacted them on Friday, got the exchange arranged,posted out on Saturday and the correct fixings arrived on Monday morning ( 3 working days despite shortage of delivery drivers!!) I was also impressed with the recycling of pre-used wrappings and packaging, after all why waste resources when they are sufficient for the job in hand. Would definitely recommend this company and product to others.. Also tutorial video was very clear and concise.

The estimated delivery time was over a month which is ridiculous for a piece of netting. Even worse, it still hasn't turned up by the due date. Update - it turned up a week late with the wall fixings missing. Returned for a refund.

Amid the COVID-19 'lockdown' I discovered these drain channels online, attracted by the specification (ideal for my project), sensible peripheral products and excellent price. The information on their website aided selection and I placed an online order, paying by PayPal. I immediately received a confirmation of order and printed my invoice. The following morning I received a notification of delivery from DPD with the driver's name and time 'window' and my order was delivered intact and complete to my 'safe place' (see DPD T&Cs) in under 24 hours from placing. I received a message telling me the delivery was complete, with a supporting photograph, what more could I ask for! The combination of service between IBRAN & DPD shows how good online buying can be. On a practical level, the channels are lightweight to transport and install, the standard sized outlets make connection to existing or new drains simple. The extra capacity / depth compared to other 'budget' products makes laying to the correct fall simple, even for novice installers. The gratings secure positively (won't blow away or move under load) yet removal is simple for maintenance purposes. As a retired Civil Engineering contractor, I know what to look for in this type of product, these ticked all the boxes on my checklist. If you've read this far, you'll probably have gathered that I'm happy with both the product and service from IBRAN and the streamlined delivery service by DPD. Based on my positive experience, I recommend buying drainage channels and peripherals from IBRAN.

Delivery took longer than expected which would have been ok if communication had been better. The channels didn't join together very easily but considering the price they were ok.

I ordered my parking grids as a sample for site prior to a larger order I ask for a eta but got no response.The next day I asked for an eta no response. I have now cancelled my order as they do not even reply. I would definitely look elsewhere for these.

I placed and order for some gravel parking grid, which arrived the next day. I had mis-calculated the area and had to order more... IBRAN's even with the current Covid issues, their courier then let them down badly - losing the shipment and being very unhelpful. IBRAN then drove to their depot - found it, collected it and sent it with another courier who offered a guarantee of delivery.... Astounding service which is hugely appreciated. I will recommend IBRAN to anyone considering using their products.
