Didn’t drop parcel I was there , then I change d delivery to pickup point and then failed to deliver there. . One reason I choose this seller was because of the delivery date feel totally let down . Still not received my parcel

Cardboard box arrived with end partially ripped open. I suspect, due to weight of the drainage sections.loose inside cause the box to be dropped during transit. Two of the drainage channel were damage on the ends, one being unusable. The usable drainage channels were good. Item arrive on time..

Drainage channels never arrived.... No reply to emails, Refund given after contacting ebay / paypal

Very Quick delivery but there was some slight damage to one of the drains. But a part from that all ok

Had broken connectors on 2 of the 5 units ordered, have contacted suppliers so need to give them a chance to rectify the problem.

Easy to order good website excellent service and delivery

Unfortunately I cannot give a positive review. The item was never received, and yet the delivery tracking message said delivered and signed for by me. I was not in at the time they state which is why one hour before it was agreed online and confirmed by delivery co. to leave in a nominated place. So far the response is we are investigating which will take 3-5 days. No help to me as needed item for urgent safety repair!
