El producto llego abollado adentro...le entro agua a la plaqueta, dejo de funcionar, me lo repararon después de varios meses. Lo tengo hace unos años y se me están desarmando por el óxido loa día cajones inferiores...los palitos que debería sostener las cosas a lavar se salen y caen a la base. La pintura de los canastos debería soportar el agua señores Midea. Y reclame pero obviamente no se hicieron cargo. Los canastos no se consiguen o salen fortuna. Es como si me comprara una pileta de lona y le sale el agua por las costuras!! Así cualquiera hace un negocio.

Nicht vom ersten Eindruck täuschen lassen, schon einen Monat nach Ende der Garantie tritt ein defekt auf, und das scheint keine Ausnahme zu sein. Und Kulanz gibt es auch keine. Am Ende ist Midea leider billig und nicht günstig, und wer billig kauft, kauft zwei Mal. Für mich nie wieder Midea.

Boiler difettoso dal primo momento con 4 telefonate all'assistenza che risponde dall'Egitto e non considera la sostituzione del prodotto e dirotta il problema a tecnici di pompe di calore....come cambiare olio auto in officina areonautica. Pessimo in tutto

El 17/03/22 compre en RODO un lavavajilla MIDEA. El día que lo recibí, un técnico al instalarlo me mostro que en la base tenía agua. No hice el reclamo porque no quería tener más gente desconocida en mi casa. El 08/08/22 Hice el reclamo porque los cestos estaban chuecos y donde se coloca el detergente la trabita estaba rota. Retuvieron el lavavajillas 4 meses. En los reclamos durante los 4 meses solo me pasaron de operador a operadora siempre con la misma cantilena. Después del reclamo que realice directamente por email a MIDEA a la semana me entregaron el lavavajillas Me lo entregaron sin reparar la trabita y con cestos de otro modelo dado que o pongo los platos o pongo los cubiertos Me siento burlada y mortificada. Existe alguien en MIDEA que pueda darme una explicación aceptable sobre mi caso ? Saludos Rosalba Lazzari

One of the worse company I've ever dealt with. I call them because of a Eureka Vacuum I purchased less than a year old. First I was informed it was covered under warranty and I would be getting a new machine as all I had to do is send a video and ser # in of the machine. I complied and received an emailed that they hac received all info they needed and I would hear from the in one business day. Long story I've had to contact them several times over the past two weeks with no results yet! Never will buy from them again! UPDATE After three weeks. I Finally received $100 check back, this no means takes care of my problems as I paid over $150 and all I wanted was a part to fix the machine. but I guess something is better than nothing!

Assistenza assente da dieci giorni avevo appuntamento oggi al 8 a casa sono le 10 e non rispondono manco al telefono .... ore utilizzo dei clima zero ore di attesa 24×10 =240 in aumento 03

Piece of complete garbage wash machine! Malfunctioned after 5 months, my 15 year old Kenmores were still great, should have never bought this garbage. Never ever buy this crap!

Eine Gefrierschrank fiel nach 2 Jahren und 5 Monaten total aus. Schaden am Kühlgut über 250 Euro. Null Kulanz! Keine Entgegenkommen in irgendeiner Form. Das ist einfach nur mies!!

Horrible customer service, they asked for a copy of the receipt after I've registered the product and disposed of the receipt. Went to lowes and submited a printed receipt from lowes, now they want to receipt to show the sales tax and serial number. The lowes receipt didnt have the sale tax amount of the serial number. Date, amount etc. No way to complete this ridiculous request. No service.

We are a property management company in Orange County, CA. In April 2018 we hired a contractor to fully rehab an apartment. They purchased and installed a Keystone (owned by Midea) 12K BTU through-the-wall A/C. The warranty was for 1 year and 2-5 yrs for the sealed unit. It failed in June 2022. Midea refuses to honor their warranty.

I purchased a split ac and got it serviced in April, 2022. but it has stopped cooling, inspite of writing four times to the customer care , not a single complaint has been attended. i don't know why these Midea people have created customer care when they have no sincerity towards it, just to befool.

I still don't know if my brand new Midea A/C works as it should. If it does I can't figure it out. Midea customer service has been completely lacking in that I've had no response from an email simply seeking a copy of the owners manual. I saw a Midea fridge I quite liked but will now have to rethink that expenditure.

I waited 3 months for a portable ac unit. I picked it up and brought it home (88 lbs!!!). It was defective. When I called Midea, they told me to 'Take it back to the store.' for a refund. Problem is, now it's June and there aren't any in stock anywhere. Midea doesn't care. They won't pay for me to ship it back to the store, to get it fixed... nothing. TERRIBLE COMPANY POLICY!!!! No support what so ever for their garbage product. I WILL NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN. NEITHER SHOULD YOU.

Ho comprato 3 climatizzatori dopo due anni all'improvviso uno dei tre mi dava E1, chiamo più volte l'assistenza ,mai venuti. Segnalo il fatto, nessuna risposta. Chiamo altri tecnici privati, mai venuti. Mi armo di macchina fotografica e pazienza e smonto la scheda, la porto per un controllo e sostituiscono il relè (condensatore) 20 euro di spesa, rimonto la scheda è adesso va che è una bellezza. Stesso discorso per il secondo condizionatore a poca ditanza di tempo.

Very bad customer service, indeed. I bought a washer and dryer set from Lowe's in North Carolina and it came recommended as a top seller. The price was attractive enough but now I regret saving a few dollars for this set. Let's start at the beginning. When I ran my first load in the washer, it was so loud that I thought it was going to take off like a rocket during the spin cycle. My whole upstairs vibrated! When it was finally done, I noticed that the soap/softener dispenser was full of water. I tried to remove the dispenser, thinking that I needed to dump the water out. I thought that was odd, but I tried anyway. I was not able to remove the dispenser, so I contacted customer support via the live chat. I was given a ticket # and told that I would be contacted in three to five business days. That never happened. On the eighth day, I contacted customer support again, via live chat, and was told that my ticket was cancelled due to the issue not being an issue for service. I asked then why I was not contacted about this, and the rep stated that I would have to "call" customer support for my issue, and they would "walk" me through the steps on how to resolve the issue. I ended the chat right there and then. Four days later, someone from customer support sent me an email with instructions on how to remove the insert from the dispenser and wash it out. They stated that over time the dispenser will clog. Really? This is a brand-new washer, and it clogs? I ignored it. Three days later, I received a phone call from a service tech. He asked me about the issue and I let him know that I was not interested in having him tell me the same thing that I received in the email. He said okay and hung up. The washer is not the best, honestly. It's very loud and sounds like it will explode and take off like a rocket during any spin cycles. During the wash and rinse cycles, it makes weird noises and stops intermittently during these cycles. All in all, I would not recommend this product, if only because their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. The dryer is somewhat okay but unless you want to dry your stuff until it's shrunken down to infant sized, you should look elsewhere or spend just a few dollars more on a more reputable product. I'm stuck with these, for now. I got the extended warranty but now I regret that. It's not worth keeping past 1 year.

I have bought an 2000 watt oil radiator from the exclusive distributor of Midea (Chinese electronic products manufacturer) in the Republic of Georgia that is “M Technics” LTD, I bought it online on w.w.w.midea.ge Prior to that I had a typical electric heater of 1500 watt and it was doing great but it stopped working for some reason. At this point, I decided to buy Midea oil radiator and it's the worst experience in my life ever. I messaged the online sales manager Mariam Tsitskishvili, and she absolutely has not taste or knowledge of customer service at all. That's something regular and normal in Georgia, also the general taste and quality expectations of people here is very low. I messaged Mariam Tsitskishvili multiple times but her replies were unprofessional and frustrating and she never put the possibility the radiator deficiency is due to a technical fault. The device doesn't work properly and doesn't make the room warm at all although it is 2000 Watt, the previous 1500 watt electric heater was doing much much better. Please DON'T buy Midea products and if you are living in the Republic of Georgia NEVER buy from midea.ge, they sell faulty products and have the worst customer service you can ever imagine. BE CAREFUL!
