I ordered this BBQ around 2pm on 29/9 and the product was delivered to my door at 11am the following morning - less than 24 hours from order to delivery. I live in South Wales so quite a distance for a courier service. Within a few minutes of confirming my online order, Riverside rang to ask what day I would like to take delivery. Fantastic. The BBQ came well packaged, is quite bulky so is a 2 person job to carry to final destination. It's now in situ and I can't wait to use it. Thanks Riverside. Your customer service must be amongst the best in the UK. Will certainly use your company again for your Weber BBQ products.

Thank you for the brilliant service and the excellent quality of the Weber BBQ products we ordered. Ordered on Monday 14th September (after the 3.30 deadline for next day free delivery) but still received them the following day and had a text from the courier to say they would be arriving between 9.35 and 10.35 they arrived at 9.35 exactly. Very impressed will definitely use this company again if we need any spares etc. Once again thanks and regards Ken Roach

After spending £1400 on a barbecue - I expected the company to execute as they committed with a next day delivery... Instead - I found myself calling to enquire about their unreturned emails as they explained away delays... They did finally sent the barbecue 4 days later... Worse yet - they "deliver" with a single person who can't even unload the barbecue from his truck -- let alone bring it to the guarded... He literally asked my wife, who was home to meet them, to take a side to help him get it out of the truck... Explaining -- "this is nothing... I have delivered to a 70 year old woman and just left it curbside. She had no idea what to do." No surprise - they didn't respond to my concerns. Shame on you Riverside

Bought a parasol in April. Used 4 times and has been covered since purchase. Put up today and spoke snapped. Rang Riverside. Not interested. No guarantee on product which was not stated at purchase. Now stuck with a parasol not fit for purpose. Cheers Riverside. Won't be purchasing again. Cheers

Ordered a cooling rack for my Weber BBQ (£14.07) Searched my model number, and was directed to the part I was looking for.There were no measurements but it looked like mine, so assumed that was the correct part. I paid extra for next day delivery (£4.49) but on arrival found that is was too small for my BBQ. I contacted Riverside Garden Centre to arrange an exchange for the correct size and a very stroppy gentleman advised me that I shouldn't bother sending it back because the postage would be more than the rack itself but just order another one and pay postage again.I suggested that as it was their fault the web search sent me to the wrong item that I surely shouldn't have to pay postage three times and that they should pay for at least one of them. I returned the wrong item (£4.50) then received an email telling me I had to pay £6 if I wanted them to send me another one. I refused and asked for a refund as I obviously wouldn't give a company like this another penny. It then took Riverside Garden Company another 13 days to refund the cost of the cooling rack (no postage) Although the amount of money I paid, for no product, was a very small amount, It is the principle and more so, the appalling attitude, that's the point here. I have many years experience in the retail sector and know what good customer service should be. I would strongly advise against dealing with this company.

Bought my Weber Spirit from Riverside in March & made my mind up that I was going to get proper use out of it, I've now been to three of the cooking demos run by Richard & I have to say they have been superb. Techniques, ideas and inspiration delivered in a knowledgeable, professional & friendly manner. I thought I was a reasonably competent barbeque user but I have learnt just how varied & interesting your cooking can be. I think we all tend to a bit one dimensional in our outdoor cooking in this country. Richard & Russell are on a mission to change that. Go! You wont regret it. Cliff

I purchased the above items in July, 2014. Riverside delivered the seat & cover and helped to set it up. Throughout the order process, the garden centre was very helpful and courteous. Everything went very smoothly from purchase, then delivery & finally the set up. I have been very pleased with the seat. Recently, one of the zips of the cover separated from its track and was not able to zip up. After contacting Natalie at Riverside, a replacement cover(no charge) was immediately delivered with the minimum of fuss. I would highly recommend Riverside Garden Centre to any future customers.

Before I begin i must say i HOPE for customers sakes that this was an anomaly. So I bought a Weber Smokey Mountain from Riverside on the 9th May 2015, after weighing up a few companies with a similar promotion I decided to go with Riverside in good faith I would receive everything and have great customer support if needed. When the smoker arrived i began assembling and noticed the heat shield was missing from the box, so I rang and was speaking to who I believe to be the owner (based on youtube videos) after explaining what was missing I was told that this item did not come with a heat shield, I was staring at the manual with the heat shield clearly shown as a component of the cooker, as time went on the stubborn man on the phone would not accept this, and was VERY irratic on the phone and was not handling the situation well. Anyway, he began to back track saying he thought i meant the outside heat shield (which wasn't even on the manual, so maybe a poor effort at an excuse for saying I was wrong). I expressed my disappointment as I had a family gathering planned on the weekend to use the smoker, this has been cancelled, when explaining this and if there is any way he could resolve the issue without having to wait a week for the missing item to be sent to me I was told that "With my attitude I can send it back and buy it forms somewhere else" THEN THE PHONE HUNG UP. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever encountered, a very rude, arrogant and frantic owner who was more concerned about ordering his staff around while i was on the phone to deal with my station, and ended up taking frustration out on me, the customer. I am an avid barbecuer and spend a great deal of time and money in the hobby, but Riverside have lost a customer for life and a disappointed a passionate customer. I must add I NEVER go out of my way to write reviews on anything good or bad, but this was so horrendously bad that I had to but the time into writing this to hopefully warn other customers and make the owner see reason in how I was treated.

Unbelievable service. Had to get a replacement Weber cover. Could not have been easier. Took a couple of photos and emailed them over. Two days later a brand new cover was couriered to my door. Many thanks for your service. I will definitely use you again and will recommend you to all and sundry. 25/10!

I have attended two of theses demonstrations so far this year and my understanding of the flexibility and capability of the barbeques has grown substantially. I originally just signed up for the first course to see how the current range of barbeques worked before buying a new one (which I have now done from Riverside - good price and service). These courses have been fun and entertaining with a plentiful supply of samples to taste - however do not assume that they will finish on schedule both courses I attended over-ran to two hours - no complaints from the participants. I have no connection to Riverside other than finding them through an internet search engine, however it is clear that they passionately love their barbeques and you could do far worse than giving them a try.

These Christmas trees are perfect for what I wanted - had a job finding small artificial trees. I've put them away until next Christmas and they'll be so nice in my little display. Item was packed well and arrived in time stated.

Goods ordered at 1400hrs on Thursday and deliverd by 0930hrs on Friday!!! Delivery driver even delivered parcels in to my garage for me! Unbelievable service and would recommend Riverside and their couriers to anyone-wish all companies were like this!

I purchased a Banjo Barometer with Thermometer / Hygrometer from them which was on sale and reasonably priced (compared to all other websites I visited). Ordering online was easy. Item was dispatched the very next day and was delivered the day after (with delivery tracking provided). All in all very pleased with the whole process.
