jeans arrived within one day and are absolutely perfect

The jeans were lovely and very well made. Unfortunately they didn’t work for me and there is only one style of jeans for women currently, so I won’t be buying anything else. The customer service was excellent and I received a refund very quickly. I will say that it wasn’t obvious how to return the jeans and I had to hunt around on their website to find the information.

Very pleasant shopping experience. Annie emailed me to clarify hemming instructions and shipped immediately once I replied back. As far as I can tell, the construction of the jeans are top notch. I can't speak to the durability since I've only owned them for a few weeks but I suspect they will hold up. Everything from the lines and the fasteners are clean and well made. For the price, I think these raw denim jeans are a good value, especially for anyone interested in purchasing their first pair.

I'm very happy of my new BLA jeans. E5 is the perfect cut for my body. The 14oz feels very soft since 2nd-3rd wearing. I will order something else in the future, I'm sure.

Great quality denim and Han, who was at their popup when I visited to try on a few other pairs for fit, was incredibly helpful. Knew his way around the fabrics and how they should fit, as well as giving advice on what suits my body type best in addition to organising all the required alterations that were needed. Of all the purchases I made over the Christmas period (and there were many), this has to be the most satisfying.
