I order a pair, they arrived in good time in a brown paper bag, but they were too large. Blackhourse Lane Ateliers sent me out a new pair the next day. They are efficient, very open and good have communication. I have worn my new pair of E8 jeans for five of the last ten days (two of them to work) and they are and excellent fit, and a very smart looking and modern cut. They will take a little while to break in, but feel robust and are very well made; I am pleased with them and will buy my jeans from them again in future.

Great service and the e5 is one of the best fittings jeans I've ever had. slim in the ankle to be worn with smart shoes but roomy and smart as well. Much better fit than apc, 3sixteen and Lee101z Give them a try, they won't disappoint

The fitting guide was really helpful, and I got a great fit first time. The jeans themselves are a new fit for me — the high waist and slim hips takes a little getting used to but works well with a tucked in shirt and blazer for the office which is what I wanted. David's customer support was quick and helpful too. I'll be coming back for more in the future — hope to see more summer weight denim styles as the days get warmer.

I had a very easy, smooth experience. My jeans are great, the denim was exactly what I was looking for in terms of weight and color. They are versatile enough to wear with a blazer or with sneakers. Delivery was pretty quick (less than a week from the UK to Los Angeles). I appreciate they were able to fulfill a special request. Overall, I felt I was doing business with actual people and not a massive corporation where workers are exploited, consumers are just numbers and their final product is generic.
