We bought my engagement ring from Hester Clarke 25 years ago, and it recently lost a claw. Michael at Hester Clarke found our original reciept, but as the jewellers who made it are no longer in business, he had it repaired by one of his other jewellers (and the other claws redone as they were all needing a refurbishment). Having always used Hester Clarke jewellers when they had their shop in Aylesbury, I knew exactly where to go when it came to designing a bespoke necklace pendant. Michael was so helpful from start to finish. He listened to exactly what I wanted and executed to the brief. The pendant and necklace is beyond my expectations. He has turned a very sentimental piece of jewellery into something modern, that will be worn for years to come.

I have just had a Bracelet made to my specification and I am so pleased with it, it has a charm on it with my Grandsons Name and Date of Birth on it and its perfect, just what I wanted.
