You guys are amazing. I had just taken over IT with this company when we lost a server (RAID array) with no recent viable backups in place. Faced with the possible loss of over a months worth of data, we sent our drives to you guys. Alec Sakenes was instrumental in guiding us through the process and provided excellent communications and regular updates. Needless to say, my first task as the new IT guy here was to put in a new, functioning backup system!

Jeremy at Secure Data Recovery got all of my key data back from an external hard drive that failed. I had a backup running but my installation of Windows 10 changed the drive lettering and through the backup off. Wouldn't you know I had key new work that didn't get backed up during that key time.
