Customer service wasnt as technical as expected. Wanted to mount a sound bar to the tv but help desk lacked the know how to go about this. Was told it was t possible to mount the 40 inch soundbar to the 65 inch tv shelf i bought. I eventually figured how to go about this myself. Language also appeared to be an issue in communication with customer services. Unsure if they are fluent in English

Fast delivery and the customer care is very polite

I was a little dubious about the quality of this product as there were no reviews that I could see. I have to say that I am extremely happy with my purchase as the quality is very good and only a small amount of assembly is required. I have a laptop and 2off 23” screens and they all fit on nicely. The unit is sturdy and easy to adjust the height. I would definitely recommend.
