Ordered Zen TV stand and shelf, but only shelf arrived despite dispatch info suggesting both items were on the way. Of course nobody responding to support (website chat), and no phone contact available. No doubt will have to wait a few days to hear by email. So very disappointed by support so far and wishing I had not ordered from this company.

10/01/25 Sent them all the information, have emailed them twice and still got no response. As they're based in Rugby, I'm tempted to drive up there, as there's no phone number and they don't reply to communication that they don't want to. Before you spend your money with them - Think! Have you seen one response to my review, from them, to try and sort the issue out...? 05/12/24 UPDATE: Fitueyes received the parcel according to the courier, but made no attempt to make the refund or contact me in any way. I found that they had not still made the refund, so I emailed them with the tacking information and they said the tracking info does not confirm the delivery (which it does). I said check with your receipts team as all the details were with the shipment. Still waiting for a response. Don't buy from this company unless you're not bothered about losing the money. FIRST REVIEW: I ordered two stands in early November, and though I never unboxed them, as I decided they were not going to work for what I wanted, getting hold of the company to sort out a return was not easy and very clunky. You have to go in and enter the details in a chat, which you cant get back to easily, if at all. They take 48hrs or longer to get back to you each time and that is if they bother to come back to you at all. I eventually was told to return them at my own cost using my own courier, which I did on 4th December and have still not received a refund for over £350. As their kit costs a lot of money, I wouldn't recommend dealing with them, as if you have a problem or change your mind, you won't get that money back any time soon!!

Bought an ERA TV stand to replace a "traditional" dark glass and chrome shelf unit. The first thing that struck me was how heavy the box that it came in was - it felt like there was something substantial inside ! Pretty straightforward to put together and it does indeed have an air of quality. Replacing the existing unit with the ERA has made the corner of the room where the TV sits much less cluttered, with a contemporary feel. Delighted with our new purchase !

What a brilliant product. Great service. Would i buy from them again? Heck yeah. Way better than you find on the high street. Highly recommended.

Great design, stylish and quality

I ordered the tv stand with one shelf. The stand arrived but not the shelf. When I contacted them, they said they were short of shelves and it would arrive some time later. As the stand was made up I cancelled the shelf as I didn't know how I would fit the shelf in without taking it down and re-erecting it again. Should have advised before delivery that the shelf was not included at that time

1 Star at the moment, currently in discussion with this company as I am missing a part for the product I bought that basically renders half of it useless. Upon messaging the customer support team, I was told that they only support customers who buy directly from their website. I bought the product from the store setup on Amazon by this company so not sure why there is much of a difference. If they'd of sent the missing part out then it would be a much higher review.

The best thing I've purchased on line.... EVER! Amazing quality, beautiful bit of kit. Easy to put together and is really sturdy. Don't buy anything else, these stands are top class. Highly recommend.
