Another thing is that it took a week from order for the product to be delivered. I have bought another Fitueyes from Amazon.com the same day, and that arrived 2 days later (only because the time of order was much later).

Product is great although when you adjust the height you get some scratches on the metal beams however these are not visible as they are behind the centre pillar. Would suggest providing a mini level to ensure your large TV is aligned. Instructions need some improvement but you figure it out.

United Kingdom | 10 September 2023It's a nice unit, all the bits came clearly labelled so assembly was easy, the only downside is that none of the shelves are high enough to fit my vinyl LPs, so in the end I used it as a TV stand which works just as well. One improvement I'd make is to have casters on the base of the legs as it's a bit heavy for me to move around.

United Kingdom | 29 August 2023I have two items from Fitueyes, an audio rack and a TV unit. The items themselves were packaged well, are very nice looking, pretty easy to put together and seem sturdy once assembled. They certainly look very good in my room. I previously left a negative review after being given incorrect information by a sales rep meaning I ended up purchasing an item I couldn't use. The issue has now been resolved but it took 4 months to do so, primarily due to lack of responses from the company and, when I did get a response, a reluctance for me to return the item despite the issue being their mistake. The company finally sorted it out but it took far too long and a lot of effort on my part to get to that point. That being said, they did eventually resolve the issue and I like the products so would consider buying from them again. My rating is based on this particular experience when ordering directly from the company and was only impacted by the problems I faced afterwards, purchasing, delivery and the item itself were hassle free. The first item I bought was from Amazon and I had no issues with that. From what I can tell, the reason I had issues trying to return the item was due to me being out of the 30 day return period, however this wouldn't have been the case if they had responded to my emails in a timely manner (I first contacted them the day after delivery). In my opinion, the company could help prevent this from happening again by: - Having something in place to respond to emails in a timely manner. - Sending an auto acknowledgement email to the customer when using the web form (I only had a message on the web page the two times I used it). - Considering other routes to contact customer services, e.g. phone number, web chat, WhatsApp etc. - Reviewing their returns policies so that any mistakes made by the company don't end up costing the customer.
