I would give zero stars. The stand happened to be the wrong size and I was informed (belatedly) that as it had been removed from its box it could no longer be returned and I could therefore not be refunded. I think I can safely say that I have never had such bad service.

TV stand was ideal for our needs and the height adjustment enabled us to get the right height for viewing. very pleased with item and delivery within 12 hours of ordering what a great service.
