Really happy with my new ottoman storage adjustable bed. From the salesman who came to see me and fully explained everything to me, to the delivery guys who put it together in my bedroom everything went as smooth as possible. Customer service not brilliant x 1 item not delivered (out of stock) didnt know till it wasnt delivered x it took along time for it to arrive after several phone calls x not good in my mind x the bed itself is lovely though x

From the start when your rep came it was so easy , he did everything for us . We picked the 4ft storage bed and it's the best thing I've ever spent my money on . The lads that delivered and set it up were brilliant and explained everything to us and cleaned up after themselves . I'm very impressed and have told all my friends and family about your company .

Just had a very pleasant appointment from Dave Salver from Adjustamatic. Very knowledgeable, certainly knew the products. He was very friendly, not ‘pushy’, seemed to know what we wanted and helped us to make a decision.

The salesman was very polite friendly and helped with the best payment options available to us,wasn't pushy or anything,the company was fantastic with any questions I had or made before we got the bed,and the after care is fantastic no matter what it is they take there time and help us,and the bed made by hand is superb,tip quality...

It is like sitting in a Flintstone chair, there is no give or softness to it at all. When using the remote operator it creeks and groans. I have nothing nice to say about it, except it is a nice colour.
