Dave was brilliant with me explaining everything I needed to know about the chair, he took his time and made sure I was getting the right chair for my needs.

The delivery was very good the men were very good and they explained the working of both chairs

Get fitters to clear all mess out of room once finished, get them to show more consideration for personal belongings, when complaint is made not taking up to 4 weeks to get an engineer out to deal with problem and also give a firm time for appointment and it be stuck to I stead if vague timmings

Adjustamatic recliner chair still waiting for decision as not fit for purpose yet again another more experienced engineer to attend. which will not make any difference to comfort. I think they playing for time as its now coming up to 6 months. Worst company I've ever dealt with

Initial advisor was punctual and gave good advice. He was very polite and respectful he was not “ pushy” in any way and did not outstay his welcome. My bed arrived a little before his estimated date , and was on time The delivery team were equally professional in assembling the bed and removing my old bed, which was collected the following day. Good job all round

Very friendly salesman and was very helpful in helping me with the process of purchasing the bed. The delivery men were also very efficient and removed my old bed outside. My only regret was l couldn’t purchase a double bed, only the single bed was on offer at 50 per cent off. Very comfortable bed so far

My experience with purchasing my bed was excellent. Very helpful in the shop in Winchester Road Southampton I think I tried every bed. The staff in the administration in Wales again very helpful and finally the two gentlemen who set the bed up were very explanatory and efficient. In all a very successful outcome and I am now able to have a good nights sleep.

I asked for a quote for 2 x 3ft Heritage Classic electric beds with a Slide-Back mechanism and Pocket Sprung mattresses. They put me onto a Factory Direct who called me and quoted £6369 and then a 20% discount MAKING IT £5095 !! Forgot to ask if that included VAT but, if so, the NON VAT price would be £4076. We are going to see another company tomorrow and their Catalogue quotes £3004. Adjustamatic is just a huge 'RIP OFF of the elderly and vulnerable'!

I bought the adjustmatic Bed recently And i love it so very much, very comfortable easy to use, however the other matress keeps moving away from the other one, one Of the Staff members made a courtesy Call And i explained that there's a smalll problem with the Bed. He told me that je will send the Service team to come And put a bracket so the matress will stay in place.I think thus the bedt Service ever ,the company really make sure they look after you And your Money. Im loving it excellent Service

Technology requires concentration when you get older and takes time to digest the various programmes on the handset.

Chair delivered 10 October, three weeks later not working, told by Customer Services not able to be repaired until week commencing 26 November! The chair was purchased as an aid to my recovery from a stroke so that has been impaired as I am now using it as an ordinary armchair, no massage or reclining position.

The delivery and setting up was on time and very neat and tidy.The team were gentlemen. Bed is very comfortable and controls easy to operate
