Our tax code is a minefield for the normal citizen trying to manage their IRA. At IRA Financial, I have the specialized IRA expertise at hand when needed.

No one answers the phones or ever seems to be available on chat.

I contacted IRA Financial with very little time before year end to roll my 401k with real estate into an IRA. The response has been outstanding. Kudos to Jack Bickett and people at IRA Financial.

I opened an account with IRA Financial about a year ago. Their annual fee has increased from $400 to $490 in one year (an increase of over 20%). Other providers have annual fees of $199. They are no longer competitive with other providers. And, if you want to terminate your account there is a fee of $250. If I could go back, I would have selected a different company.

I highly recommend the services of IRA Financial Group due to the knowledgeable, fast and efficient team. In particular Liz Albers has helped me go through the process of of establishing my Self Directed LLC frictionless and swiftly.

Why am I being charge $200 per expedited wire transfer? To send a fax to my other 401k provider for them to sit on it for days? This was a bewildering process for me. It looks like it is all going to work out fine, albeit costly. I could have used more hand holding.
