I already had paid IRA Financial $150 to complete a form required by the IRS for me when Mr. Eduardo Cintron told me that I already had filed the form in question with the IRS and accordingly did not need to do so again, and that I was entitled to a refund of my $150.

Isaac Rodriguez deserves a 5 star review for his customer service resolving a billing error. My credit card was charged for an annual fee for an IRA account I had closed in 2024. All it took was one phone call to him, but since he had to involve another department, he called me back promptly with an update, and less than an hour later, another call letting me know I would get a refund.

Brian was so patient with me and walked me through every step of the way. He stayed on the phone with me until the process was complete!

Adam talks such a good game on all his marketing, YouTube channels, etc. but IRA financial executes so poorly once they have there business. Many issues: -$399 annual fees that keep increasing and get you basically nothing...unless there is a major ERISA change -Unclear on what annual requirements are -Website for clients is not great -Customer service - if you can reach someone (which is difficult), they usually don't know much. There are a few people that seem to know what's happening but good luck reaching them. -They solicited clients for $250 to fill out BOI forms; should have just given 5 simple steps how you can do it in 5 minutes for clients. It's super easy and ended up not being required. -Crypto currency hack; clients who were using their service to hold crypto got hacked a few years back.

I was having trouble with forms, and emails just don't do it for clarification. I reached out to Jenn Benitez to give me a call since I wasn't clear about the email instructions for deposits. She called and helped me edit the two forms, and she got the edits. I was so happy to get a call as this company generally will not answer phone calls. Even emails take several days. She made my day and gave me great service and is the reason i will stay with IRA Financial . Same is also good at emailing me, but I would prefer a call with him as the emails are not always answered the next day

I had not heard of the BOI requirement so I am thankful that I was notified. There was a court hearing and it was temporarily put on hold but then an appeals court reinstated it.
