I had the pleasure to be assisted by Becky at the ira financial office who was assisting me with rollover paperwork for the access of those funds to my self directed IRA account. There were some challenges where paperwork was lost over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Becky took the time to speak with me as I provided her the tracking number for the mail I sent to IRA financial. Becky was able to solve the issue and located the paperwork in question. I just wanted to recognize her hard work in first of all talking me through properly completing the Rollover paperwork for submission then eventually locating that particular paperwork after it was not initially located. She located the paperwork addressed the issue and faxed this paperwork immediately to Ohio Deferred Compensation to have the funds released to my account. Becky truly went above and beyond in terms of the customer service she provided to handle my issue. I just wanted to take the time to share the exceptional customer service I received through her extremely hard work.
