IMPRESSED that I get an actual person answering the phone & get me to the right person to answer my questions. Filling out forms to start up a Self-Directed IRA Checkbook account has it's drawbacks...seems like too many glitches in the system...one thought they had answered the questions only to find out that wasn't the case & had to repeat the process several times. If you don't check to make sure, your paperwork never gets done.

My experience was great in that IRA Financial Group responded to questions I had prior to me opening a Self Direct IRA {checkbook}. They also guided me through accounts that could or couldn't be put into my new SDIRA account. Employee's were very helpful! Thank you!!

The process was well laid out by Maria (IRA financial person assigned to me). She was awesome in answering my questions and setting up things. There were quite a few docs you have read and understand the process. It is a bit easier if you watch some of the YouTube videos on this. Anyway, if you ever have doubts then IRA financial person will explain you patiently. The whole process takes around 4 weeks from start to complete. IRA Financial folks are the best since they take care of the hard forms and legal parts and you can focus on your transaction.
