There is no option to cancel your subscription online leaving you at their mercy to get out of the trial period. Beyond that hugely manipulative trial set up, there is no search function on their site making their however-many-thousands of books basically meaningless.

It’s so simple to sign up and they even offered to follow up with you after you have started to already enjoy their 30 day free trial! Plus they offer $100 gift card for reviewing them on here! We contacted customer services after the 3 month trial and first payment. We asked for the subscription to be cancelled. The response was a generic long winded explanation of how the website smhad so many books and options. Failing to go through this long email thoroughly. All you can books did not cancel the subscription. They had however put a link in the email to cancel. We the received another imvocie for an additional month subscription. On returning asking why the subscription was not cancelled we received the same generic email.. Having g found the link this time we managed to cancel the account.. We have never used this subscription for 5 months. And the only response we had to a possible refund for services bit used was your typical T&C's response. We feel squeezed for a service we didn't use.. I would not suggest or use the services in the future. Very disappointed. It should have been a very simple affair.

Dodgy dodgy dodgy!!! Do not sign up. You can’t cancel. Even when you contact and show proof of access denied when trying to cancel. They still charge you then REFUSE (I am emailing weekly. Might start daily) to get my money back. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

I love the fact that you get to try it for 30 days. I love to hear stories unfortunately I have a really hard time reading with my learning disability so this is perfect for me I can still enjoy them and not have to read them myself.

So far, so good. Altho, asking immediately after I sign up for the service, as opposed to giving me a chance to actually Use it doesn't seem very helpful... All the same, the friend who recommended it convinced me to try it with their own positive experience with it, so I'm hoping for good things to come!

This company sells XXX Adult material to children. No age checks, nothing! I have filed a complaint with the Child protection agency and notified the FBI. Customer service don't reply, their own website reviews are fake, (they deleted mine) and i have had to cancel my childs bank card so that this company doesn't bill them, again

Selection is not good and it's expensive. I asked to cancel my free trial within a day of activating it. They sent a link, I followed the link. I assumed it worked as it did not give any indication otherwise. Until they took a payment at the end of this cancelled trial. Their automated message says they will reply within 24hrs but they ignore you if they don't like the message (ie request for refund)
