I have used this app before and really enjoyed it. It provides great variety. I just wished that they had an author selection where you could check everything a particular author has in the app so I could choose the types of books easier.

It's a scam! Taken my money and said I didn't cancel but it seems like they've made it impossible. Worst customer service - all automated with no answers to your questions. Oh, and the books available are from the 1970s.

Beware of this company!!! I browsed their site but was not impressed with the selection of titles - and then saw the monthly cost was nearly 3 times that of Audiobooks and so I didn’t pursue it. But money has been taken from my account and they refuse to refund it. They say they do not have a refund policy which I think is iniquitous! I will not give up. But please don’t touch this company with a barge pole .

I am pleased to confirm that despite a few ups and downs, BetterMe has resolved my issue over a disputed subscription by offering me a full refund. For that reason, I now re-award them a 4-star rating for the efficiency of their customer service.

I would like to give a no star review to this company. My poor parents-in-law have paid out a lot of money for one e-book. I subscribe to an online audiobook company who let me know if I have not used my credits. I would like to complain to this company but they will not send me their complaints email address even though I have asked for it on numerous occasions.

SCAMMERS!!!! i joined up- realised it had none of the books i wanted so emailed to cancel straight away as there is no way to cancel from thier website and theyre still taking money from my account!!! BEWARE!

For a home with two ravenous readers, having access to unlimited free books, and no limit on the download, of a wide variety is a blessing.

I never used the free trial, there are no options I’m the “My account” , so I sent an email requesting to cancel. They do not make the cancellation process easy. Currently disputing the charge on my account a month after sending the email.

Extremely easy to sign up and looks like lots of content to enjoy.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! An account was created without my knowledge and consent. I have a 16-email exchange between myself, and this company and it appears that no one has any competence whatsoever! I asked them to cancel this account and they keep sending me the email to change my password. I gave asking for a refund. They can't even handle closing an account that shouldn't have been made. I see that they just want to continue to get money from me. Not going to happen!

Good day DO NOT SIGN UP. Why? After canceling my subscriptions, I was STILL charged. I signed up hoping for more and shortly realized it was not worth it. A full reimbursement is warranted and what I'm owed, as I had followed protocol during tne trial period. Which is to cancel the subscription before the trial is experied. Doing the following.I canceled my account followed with a complete deletion of my account, DID NOT HELP! I have tried to contact the help desk directly and kept receiving an automated response. I expect a full reimbursement, DO NOT SIGN UP.

I love how l don't have to pay for a membership and books . Just 20$ gets me all the books l can read.
