I browsed their site but was not impressed with the selection of titles - and then saw the monthly cost was nearly 3 times that of Audiobooks and so I didn’t pursue it. But money has been taken from my account and they refuse to refund it. They say they do not have a refund policy which I think is iniquitous! I will not give up. But please don’t touch this company with a barge pole .

I subscribe to an online audiobook company who let me know if I have not used my credits. I would like to complain to this company but they will not send me their complaints email address even though I have asked for it on numerous occasions.

I have a 16-email exchange between myself, and this company and it appears that no one has any competence whatsoever! I asked them to cancel this account and they keep sending me the email to change my password. I gave asking for a refund. They can't even handle closing an account that shouldn't have been made. I see that they just want to continue to get money from me. Not going to happen!

South Africa | 09 September 2023Good day DO NOT SIGN UP. Why? After canceling my subscriptions, I was STILL charged. I signed up hoping for more and shortly realized it was not worth it. A full reimbursement is warranted and what I'm owed, as I had followed protocol during tne trial period. Which is to cancel the subscription before the trial is experied. Doing the following.I canceled my account followed with a complete deletion of my account, DID NOT HELP! I have tried to contact the help desk directly and kept receiving an automated response. I expect a full reimbursement, DO NOT SIGN UP.
