The creating an account process was super easy and straight forward. The fact that they give you a 30 day trial is amazing. And as far as I can see so far there are a ton of books to choose from. I can’t wait to dig in and explore the site and books offered!!

The application was quick, easy and understandable. Further comment can not be given as I have not yet gone into the site to view it. I can expand on my experience in a few weeks and complete another review

Seems like, so far, that I have a better selection of books than I did on kindle.

I was expecting the sign up to be18/02/2023 complicated and take forever but it took just a couple of minutes without complications thank you Amazon.

I needed to find a book quickly to be ready for bookclub and the book wasn't available in my local library. This service is fast, free the first month, and has a broad range of titles in many genres. I plan to use it a lot this month and decide if it is a good buy for under $20 per month.

It is difficult to cancel. I am considering closing my bank account. They don't respond to your emails and there is no obvious way of cancelling your subscription.

I could get through the prompts

The website IS a scam and they WILL rob you. I have reported them at report a fraud government website and you should too (cant link it but google it). Dont let them get away with robbing so many people. Even after you cancel IF you can even figure out HOW to cancel they will still charge you and have done this to many people. They need to be put out of business.

100% scam. Started free trial then followed instructions to cancel immediately. I've been charged £17 pound a month later and refused a refund despite following their instructions. Awful people conning others out of their money.

Signed up for free trial, couldn’t cancel on website emailed them requesting cancellation and two weeks later was charged for another month, received an email saying it has now been cancelled but with no acknowledgment of my previous email or refund request avoid as it’s obviously not a company that cares about its customers. Have instructed my bank to look into it and reclaim my money.

The site has a very wide range of literature and the sign-up process took less than 2 minutes!
