I'd like to belief that only then, i'd be able to touch on more positive aspects relating to this (already thriving} platform and also unselfish initiative taken by "they who they are" and/or perhaps technical areas in need of i.e. upgrade/changes which is equally important as positive ones, because indirectly this is what feedbacks are for so it can swiftly be turned around into what i'd like to call a "direct positivity as a result of caring customer" for a wonderful platform of knowledge to the avail of all... should i come accross something that i think might be of concern to you, which i already doubt of spotting simply because i'm so blinded by profesionalism already thus far. Signed up for a trial as there was no way to view which books were even available without a subscription. Realised quickly that there was nothing I was interested in but unfortunately left it too long to cancel and it relapsed. I reached out to try and cancel the subscription as I courtly find a way to do so on the website and was told they do not have a refund policy. Now I’m stuck with another months subscription I’m definitely not going to use and a waste of £20. Really not happy

So far I am enjoying the books.

When I signed up for this, I was under the impression that I would pay $19.99 ONCE and have access to lots of books. Wrong on both accounts. I was charged for 5 months, and the “library” was very, very limited. And some books only had a Part One and I could not get Part 2. “Customer Help” was not friendly and stuck to the script- my bad for not noticing I was being charged over & over till I paid $100 for one or two books/ stories! SAVE YOUR MONEY & PEACEFULNESS- stay free of this rip off.
