Easy sign up!

I’m still trying to cancel do not sign up for this site it’s a scam I tried to cancel and got sent a page that did not exist

I signed up for a free trial but they had no books I wanted. I then tried to cancel my account but could not find anywhere on their website to cancel. I emailed through their contact me page and asked for my account to be canceled. I did not received a response and they then took $30 from my account. I have emailed again but will be going through my back to stop them taking anymore money from me. Do not sign up

This is just a awesome deal and the site has plenty of books for your bookworm needs. Books are so beneficial.

This was the easiest and quickest set up of an account I have ever had to do.

I searched for an audiobook by Mary Jane Stapes on Google it came up with this website as having it. When I logged had to start a trial to find said book which was not there. Found the audio book free elsewhere - incidentally Galaxyaudio books are free! Forgot all about AllYouCan until they took $19.99 from my bank account and won't refund me. Despite advertising a book they did not have! I asked for a refund but was refused - very poor! Do not deal with this company!

Their selection is horrible,you are basically paying to listen to old books you could listen to for free on lobby. You also have to cancel via email as they left out that option on their site. The worst offense is they offer no refunds should you decide after the free trial that you don't want to be a member anymore. I tried to get a refund 1-2 days after my free trial ended and they refused even after i wrote into the bbb. It's sad they can get away with charging more than the top sites that actually have good selection. My local thrift store has better book selection and that's not saying much, avoid this at all cost, I would give a 0 if it were possible.

Awesome advertising for unlimited downloads, explained cost after the trial easily and no hidden fees like so many other sites. I'm yet to communicate with customer service for anything so hopefully when I do it's alot better then the lack of customer service with my last audiobook provider app!(starts with A haha)

30 day free trial

I didn't find the book I was looking for and the customer service team were really unhelpful. There are plenty of better offerings out there for a better price.

I signed up for a free trial. I contacted their customer service department by email and canceled before the end of the trial period. They charged my card anyway. When I brought this to their attention they claimed they had sent me an email giving me additional steps to cancel. I received no such email. I did not use the service after the free trial, but they repeatedly refused to refund my money. Clearly this organization is using their free trial offer to scam people.

It's a load of rubbish. not one good book on there just the sort of tat you find in a junk shop and very difficult if not impossible to cancel DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS
