I can't believe it's free live it

Just the fact that the process of signing up has not been difficult

I am really this online book library. I have been wanting to read more and listening to books makes that possible. This site is excellent for this to include to added eBooks.

So far so good just signed up for free trial!

I don't know what else to say, besides this is the easiest platform, app, website, to get all kinds of books.....and they have SO MANY books to choose from. I would recommend this service to anyone and anyone who i know likes to read.

I have found this website and so excited about getting started. So far it's great and hope it continues to be awesome.

Using All You Can Books while attending college has helped in ways I wasn't expecting. When I first signed up for their services, I was short on money and I was hoping they had a book I needed for a class, I was so grateful when I found that they did. Then, while on a short weekend getaway on my birthday, my luggage went missing and the book I was reading for class was in one of the bags. I then remembered I had signed up for their services and so I called their customer service number. Not only were the customer service reps kind but they were helpful, and really went above and beyond to see me through what could've been an all-around nightmare experience. They helped me get what I needed, but what really impressed me was they went out of their way to cheer me up as I was in tears after losing all my luggage. I called them in tears, and not 5 minutes into the call I was laughing as if I was on the phone with my good friends. I'm sure anyone will agree when I say how nice it is when you're in a rotten situation and the people who see you through it go out of their way to make you feel like your priority number one. To have that kind of help at that time of night is a bonus to a service that already is the best in the business. All You Can Books is everything I need and more. Thank you for being the best.

Love it, good trial great books

I like all the books on the site are very special

I took out a free trial and I am now not able to cancel. The only way to make contact is through email. All I receive is what seems to be automated reply with a cancellation web page link that does not work. It redirects to a ‘not found page’. I have still not received a satisfactory response with a method for cancelling and am now left worrying that a payment will be taken from my account because my cancellation requests x3 have not been taken notice of and nothing has been actioned by allyoucanbooks. I would not recommend this service as there has been no means of contact other than email which has done nothing but delivery poor customer service.

It was an easy and help experience for the whole sign up til useage.

Easy to navigate, didn't need help to start. Excellent selection, I like pretty much all of the titles. I think this is the best experience I've ever seen. Thank you.

Got what I was looking for

So far, it's been fine; all I did at this point was set up an account. However, I don't quite understand why I was asked for my credit card information (which made me uncomfortable), when the site clearly states that all downloads are free (at least that's the impression I have). Hoping that nothing is charged on my credit card without my consent.
