Scam ! Very very outdated book collection, I cancel my account 15min after creating it and got charged today 2$ I am gonna have to change my CC to make sure this nor happen again

I have recently viewed this website for kid books and most definitely love it it has showed my daughter a lot of new things and made her more adventurous

Where do I start? The lure of 'all you can eat' seems to good to be true, and it is. After signing up via mobile, I quickly realised that there was no mobile webpage, there was/is an iOS app. Having downloaded this all I can say is that it was deleted just as quickly. it's terrible I could not even paste in my password. Not wanting to give up, I moved to the webpage on my laptop. This is where I first got to see all the books available. there is nothing on my read list, in fact, I would go as far as saying that nothing has been printed in the past 3/4 years, at least not from the self-help category. Cutting my losses, I decided to cancel, the website boasts of 24h support. there is nothing in the FAQ section, I emailed them my cancellation request, only to get an auto-reply stating they are swamped! I'll set up a reminder for 30d and check. If they haven't cancelled I'll submit a chargeback to my bank visa card.

When I signed up I was given one month free service. I cancelled the same day I signed up. I didn't like how the service worked. I never used it again. However, I have been charged by them month after month. It wasn't until I contacted the BBB THAT MY SERVICE GOT CANCELLED. AND THEY WONT RETURN A SINGLE PENNY. IM BRGGING WHOMEVER IS READING THIS, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. MY FAMILY IS MADE OF LAWYERS AND WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF SUING THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE A SIMILAR STORY PLEASE CONTACT ME.

Cancelled my subscription and they continued to take money out of my account I have been in ongoing conflict with this website for weeks. They continue to take my money and refuse to cancel my subscription. I have cancelled my subscription on their website and sent several emails stating I want to cancel my subscription. Every time, they continue to take money. They deliberately make it difficult to cancel your subscription, and even when you contact them directly via email, they still will not end the subscription.It is a deliberate scam. I have seen many others say they have had the same issue.I have evidence of all our communication.
