I found this website using Google Shop. I searched the rug I wanted and RugsHQ.com had the lowest price, and they had good reviews. I proceeded to the website and found my rug with a bonus discount code of 15% off the already low price plus a free rug pad. Can't beat that! I used the chat feature to ask about multiple tenders for payment which they do not do, however it was easy to get a customer service representative to help. They were courteous and helpful. I just placed my order so I cannot speak to quality of product but I had a good experience with finding product, product price, and order placement. I also appreciated that Paypal was accepted.
