This is my first purchase with RugsHQ & I am very impressed with their customer service & their prices!! While I was trying to place my order, I noticed that the price on the their website didn't match the price in my cart. I contacted them via email & within 1 hour, they had the problem fixed in my cart! I still had more questions about the rug I was purchasing so I contacted them again and once again, they promptly replied with an answer. I found this same rug on other sites for up to $100 more. I have already recommended this company to my friends!

I initially ordered the wrong size rug, and I wanted to change my order. I was able to get connected to a sales rep almost instantly, and he was extremely helpful. The price is great, the service is great, and from what I can see, the rug is perfect for my son's room. I Wil update once it arrives. I'll definitely be doing business with this company again.

Everything has been great, I found better prices on rugshq.com than most other websites. I only wish that you could more easily order free samples of rugs but I am excited to receive our sample and hopefully go forward and purchase the 8x11 rug we are needing!

I found this rug at a high end furniture store. I purchased, with the assistance of a designer, a new living room. i took a carpet sample home to see if it would work and I loved it. I googled the rug manufacturer and found this site. I cannot believe I purchased this rug at this price. I will use this site again.

Had no issues with using website. However, they do need to provide more shipping details (example: delivery date for free shipping as compared to delivery date for 'very fast' $25 shipping).
