Update: After RugsHQ quick reply to my comment, I have changed my review to 5 stars. Although my receipt does not show a SHARE25 discount code on my end, it does reflect a 15% discount code that I found on their website and used. Perhaps this code overrode the SHARE25 code? In any case, I appreciate their quick response and would recommend this site to anyone. Will use again!

Huge selection! Great prices! Well known manufacturers. I was very pleased with the styles and prices of the rugs I searched. I have been looking for months for a new dining room rug and finally found something I really like at a price that I found much less than other on-line merchants.

Rugshq.com made it easy to see the different sizes of the rugs available. I found their pictures are larger than competitor's sites. Chat was helpful as I had questions about the rug I ordered and someone was available for that. My only criticism is that they don't post the pile height of the rug. Many retailers have gotten away from this practice, which is a shame because it's an important piece of information- door clearance, rug pad needed, plushness, etc. However, their chat feature allowed me to discover this info, so all good. Thanks!
