I've been looking for a rug for the past 3 months. I stumbled across this website last week and decided to place my order with them. I had questions that were quickly answered using the online chat. The only negative is you can't use multiple offers on one order. Seems misleading to ask you to Like on Facebook to get an instant $25 off your order, then not honor it. There aren't any restrictions mentioned on the website. Update: I've yet to receive the order that I placed a month ago. They DO NOT send any communication to let you know if your merchandise is in-stock, back ordered, shipping from the manufacturer, etc.
