I had small issues navigating the website (when i viewed a rug i would get kicked back to the beginning list of rugs in the search). I also paid for faster delivery and I'm glad I did because if i didn't I wouldn't have had it in time for my party. All that said, I would certainly consider purchasing in the future.

I ordered two matching rugs. Both items were exactly as described and arrived within a few days, even during the end-of-the-year holiday rush. I was pleasantly surprised that the fulfillment was as quick as it was since I was expecting a lengthy "we're grabbing your item from some distant supplier who still has to make the item but that won't be for another month" experience. That was not the case at all. RugsHQ.com carries their own stock. I've had the rugs for a couple of months and couldn't be happier with the price, selection, quality, and overall experience. I ordered my home office/guest room rug from RugsHQ.com, because they offered it at a very favorable price and free shipping. Their service was quick, communication was excellent and they even included a free rug pad in the deal. The rug and rug pad were shipped separately, which was not a problem for me, but it seemed a bit wasteful energy-wise for the delivery truck guys, as I live in a slightly remote place.
