United States | 20 October 2015My rug was exactly what I ordered and shipped promptly. However, they forgot to ship the free pad with it. I emailed them and they apologized and said they would get it right out. This didn't happen so I emailed them again and this time they said they didn't have my size so they would send me the next size larger and I could cut it down to size. This also didn't happen. I emailed them again and this time they said that the shipping department didn't realize the free pad was supposed to go with it but they wold get it on its way. This also didn't happen . Now they don't answer my emails and when I call them on the phone the person answering says that everybody that could help me is busy, takes my name and number and that they will return my call ASAP. This also doesn't happen. This has gone on for over a month and a half now. I still haven't given up, but I am really surprised at RugsHq's extremely poor customer service, particularly since we were repeat customers. Update: After placing this negative review and contacting the home company one of their administrators Alex called me and said they would send the free pad even though I was mistaken about the free pad. I was not mistaken about the free pad and Fortunately I still had the original invoice that showed a no charge pad to be shipped with the rug so I emailed it to him. He asked me if I would update my review after I received the free pad so I am doing it now. I received my rug the first week of September and I received my free pad the first week of November. I was starting to wish I had bought my rug through Amazon so I would have some recourse, but this company has finally come through. I would probably buy from them again in the future.

Redirected here by Amazon, had rug I wanted (out of stock elsewhere) in my shopping cart with free pad and ordered in five minutes. Now comes the acid test: is the advertised item actually in stock, and is the free shipping really fast? I don't know that yet, but stay tuned: I will be back to update this review when I find out! Four stars may go to five, or drop to two--and the suspense is killing me!

I found a rug at RugsHQ that I have been wanting for a couple months now and has either been out of stock or seemed priced too high everywhere else I searched. I found my rug here for about $35 less than other websites and then received another $25.00 off for "liking" on Facebook. Very pleased so far!

United States | 04 September 2015Initially I was very pleased and happy with RugsHQ.com. After the rug I wanted was out of stock at numerous other stores I initially tried, RugsHQ.com had the rug I wanted in stock! I called and spoke with customer service to ensure that they actually had it in stock. They ensured me in was in stock and would be sent out for delivery shorty, my card was charged and I waited for the rug... and waited... It never came. I called the company and they said it turned out it wasn't in stock. I asked if/when they were planning on calling me or refunding the money they charged me. They apologized, refunded the money, and said they would verify with the manufacturer and see if there was a remaining rug, as the system showed one remaining rug. And I never heard back from them... I have called several times over a few weeks and left polite messages asking them to call me, and I still haven't heard back from them. I am extremely disappointed and appalled with RugsHQ.com customer service, but if you decide to go with them, I hope you have better luck than I did :)

United States | 02 September 2015I was looking for a specific rug and I found the best price on this site. And they also offered free shipping and other discounts! I can't wait to see my rug in person! Update- I just received an email canceling my order saying that the rug is no longer available. This information should have been available prior to my purchase, and the rug shouldn't have been available for purchase online. My advice is to bypass online ordering and call directly so you won't be heartbroken about not getting your rug like I am!

I appreciate the $25. discount for sharing my happiness with their company on FB. I look forward to receiving my rugs soon! Update: After posting my original review, I received an order update that my rugs have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Perhaps it would be better to call the company to check on the rug that you want before ordering directly on line.
