It was so simple to place the order for new rugs.

After looking at many different sites for rugs, I found the ones I wanted at the best price here. Just ordered, so can't comment on shipping or actual rugs yet......but so far, so good.

I could find no where else that had the selection and access to inventory!

I've spent all night looking for the perfect rug for my new home. I actually found the rug I wanted on another website but not in the correct size. I considered buying another similar rug in the correct size, but I felt like it wasn't the perfect rug. Instead, I googled the rug I originally wanted and google directed me to it on RugsHQ.com. Not only did it have the rug in the size I wanted, the price was cheaper than the other website's similar rug, AND there was a $25 off special promo going on. So I got the rug for waaay cheaper, free shipping and no tax. I did one more google search just to make sure this was the best price (it was!), and I bought it immediately on RugsHQ.com.

Needed a runner and area rug for our newly carpeted bedroom. Have been on at least 7 sites, all of which had either rugs that didn't fit our desire or were way above our budget. RugsHQ had both options that fit and good prices. We will use them again when we next need rugs.

so i was happy to use this site simply because they had a rug that overstock didnt have in stock (ironically). i purchased my item and after my checkout, it said if i come to this trustpilot site to write a review, i would receive a $24 credit. i came here and did so (in spite of not having any type of experience with this transaction to write a review in favor of one way or the other). i couldnt find my $24 credit so i emailed the company and said "hi, i wrote a review for you. where will i be credited, to my card or account for future purchases?" they wrote me back a day later with, "you have been credited." i wrote them back saying, "WHERE will i be credited? i dont see it on my credit card statement or within your site so can you tell me where?" they wrote me back a day or two later ONLY saying, "credit was issued." THATS IT!!! how many times do i have to ask WHERE? anyway, thru signing on to several of my credit cards, ive finally found my credit. however, they couldve just as easily responded to my exact question but instead, they left me with a bad taste in my mouth. their prices are the same as overstock too. (Still havent gotten rug yet so my 3 star review is solely based on customer service).

It was very easy to order this rug, and the same rug cost double the price at a "discount direct" store in my area. I am looking forward to receiving it and seeing it in person! So...update. Going down from 5 stars to 3 pending resolution. After receiving my rug later than originally suggested by the tracking, I was out of town upon receipt. When I got back from my trip, the wrong color was shipped, green instead of ivory. Big difference. I tried to call and emailed for a resolution. I hope they will send me the rug I ordered with no penalty or return shipping since it was an error on their part. We'll see. Great news. Shipping replacement rug and company paying return shipping. Took a few days to straighten out but all seems good now.
