I found the rug pattern I wanted on your website but it was not shown in the runner size that I needed. I was on live chat with a representative who said he could order it in the right size and determined how I could place my order with a different size and quantity and he would flag it and make sure he ordered the right size and quantity. The price was amazing too and he gave me a coupon code to get the best price. I heartily recommend this company.

Update: 12 hours after placing my order and receiving a confirmation email, I received a note saying that the rug has been out of stock for three months and therefore my order has been canceled. While I appreciated the discount code they included for a future order, I am very hesitant to go through the entire ordering process again since the website information is out of date and does not correctly reflect what is in stock. RugsHQ was easy to use. They have a wide selection with great prices.
