Als kitchen restaurant style Tikka Blend. Absolutely fantastic. Brilliant customer service and delivery really quick.

The website is easy to navigate and use so i went for the vindras mix and i can honestly say it's the best curry mix i've tasted ever its well packaged and a good ammount so very good value for money.Overall costs including postage are very reasonable and get better when buying the 2nd lot as i bought 2 bags.

Since discovering Spicy Joe's my Indian cooking has gone up a level. My food before was almost bland with the help of spicy jos my food has become the talk of the hospital everyone wants to try my food from fellow staff members to nurses and management.

My review is for the spice blends for Al's Kitchens. Firstly you can see they are all blends and I like that, you can actually see different spices in the mix. I have ten blends in total, I'm into blend 4 now, last night being the Balti, quite superb, took me a couple of curry blends to get quantities correct, I find 3 heaped teaspoons to be about right for me, Al seems to use vast quantities of spices and too much for me. I've found the price to be OK not cheap but very good quality for a fair price. I note bad reviews seem to be about lack of communication and delivery, I myself did have trouble originally but once Nigel got involved he was good to his word, so thanks Nige for that, the product then arrived quickly, I will certainly order again as I find the range of blends great and means I don't have that one missing spice for the curry I want. Madras next!!! Well I was having Madras but used Staff Curry Blend by mistake,,, best mistake ever,,supreme, don't miss.

I ordered spices on Tuesday 3rd September and they arrived on Thursday 5th September. The spices are spot on and hassle free.

I bought a couple of Al spice blends. I haven't used them yet but arrived fast and response from customer services when I asked a question was quick.

I found Spicy Joes through Al's Kitchen on Youtube. He is a very charming, funny and inspiring chef which lead me to pursuing a few purchases of his restaurant style blends. I have the Tandoori Blend and the 30 Minute Bhuna Blend. I haven't tried them yet but I can tell from the look they are very fresh, they smell pungent and spicy and my mouth waters in anticipation of cooking with them.
