Pretty shocking service, ordered 19.75s worth of spices. 2 weeks go by, nothing, send 2 emails, nothing, find Facebook page and send 2 messages, nothing. Have to go through PayPal to get a refund and still end up a couple of quid short,

I have tried using this company twice and have been disappointed on both occasions. The first on was around Christmas and I was willing to be understanding about the order not being sent out, for weeks after it was placed (it did arrive eventually) but I then placed another order in January and which still hasn’t been shipped. As there was no communication from the company to explain the delay I contacted customer service to cancel and refund the order as I think I will probably have deceased before it arrives. I have had no response and so have tried contacting them again. Please avoid at all costs!!

Ordered the Garlic chilli chicken blend last week and within less than 5 days it was in my kitchen !!! Great delivery time and cannot wait to cook up a feast !!! Will look to try the jalfrezi next :)

Ordered a few spiceys from here off the back of Al kitchen videos and they arrived promptly. The curry I made with the spiceys was absoulutley banging(bhuna spice mix). Will be using again.

After watching numerous videos on YouTube and trying the perfect mixture for restaurant quality chicken tikka, I finally found Als kitchen. I ordered the restaurant chicken tikka and received it to days later. Followed all instructions and YouTube video and cooked it on an electric bbq as I had no charcoal, I’m about to order a few more bags of chicken tikka spice as it was wonderful!! Thank you Al, can’t wait to cook this all over summer

After seeing that I could get some of the famous Al's kitchen spice blend I was excited to enjoy the grate taste. I ordered my items on the 15th Feb 2024. By the 28th Feb 2024 I still had no update not tracking and no information. So I reached out to them via there email address. 24 hours go by and no reply, I then see that they are available on Facebook messenger so I send them another message there. I got a half bothered reply in many messages with no real apology or reason as to why it took so long. I asked for compensation due to it taking almost 2 weeks to be even shipped and as of the 1st March 2024 I'm yet to get any message back. Customer service is bad, shipping is beyond acceptable and no real urgency or concern about your orders or customers. I wouldn't recommend this site. It's a real Shame because ive been watching Al's kitchen since lockdown and it deserves better than this.

As a keen curry cook, I am an avid fan of Al's Kitchen series on YouTube. When Al launched his own selection of spice blends available from Spicy Joes I decided I must give them a try. So, I went ahead and placed an order for Al's 30-Minute Jalfrezi, Bhuna Blend, Birmingham Balti Blend, Garlic Chilli Chicken and Kitchen Spice Blend. I have to say that the order did take much longer to arrive than expected but, it was well worth the wait. I think Spicy Joes may have become a victim of its own success and has been overwhelmed by the demand for its products, especially the Al's Kitchen range. I do wonder too if Evri is the best choice of courier to handle their deliveries. But, again the spice blends are excellent quality and value for money. I will definitely be buying from Spicy Joes in future. Thank you.

Have used Spicy joes several times after finding als kitchen on you tube, love making the currys and have not ordered a takeaway in 12 months, every time I have ordered from spicy joes it has been hassle free, updated on my order and always quickly dispatched, My latest order was made on the evening of the 27th Feb and arrived with me on the 29th ready for my weekend family curry fest, thanks spicy joes and keep up the good work
