I have always had superb service from Spicy Joe's. Excellent product, well packaged and friendly.

This was the second time I ordered Al’s spice mix from spicy joes, I loved the tikka blend so re ordered that plus the tandoori blend and the Parthia blend on Saturday morning. To my surprise later that day my spices arrived. That’s what I call excellent service. I am looking forward to trying the Pathia next week keep up the good work, thanks mark.

Bought the 3 for £10 spices deal. Very happy, spices smell and taste fantastic and top quality packaging. Small delay in dispatch due to demand but explained prior to sale. Will definitely be back for more.

Placed an order on the 30th of December, completely understood dispatch wouldn’t be until after new year had no issue with this. The issue I had is that previous purchase they used Royal Mail 24/48 hour service for the same delivery price but this time used Evri standard. Dispatched 2nd took evri 3 days to collect the parcel and today says it will be delivered but just no updates. 6 days after and still waiting on January is ridiculous. Ordered off a different site similar items on 4th used Royal Mail and shock horror they already here first thing today. Only use spicy Joe for the als kitchen spices but I won’t be using them again because this delivery service is a joke. Late entry since spicy Joe response: amazing how they can reply such a reply on trust pilot but ignore emails astonishes me. Also if read my review properly you would see I wrote I understood that it wouldn’t be dispatched until after new year. If I pay for next day and you dispatch on the 3rd first thing then how can you then say I am at fault for complaining that it didn’t arrive next day from dispatch if you send it next day. We are not disputing you would be closed on new year what I am disputing is that you are charging for next day from whenever you are able to dispatch it but you are not ensuring next day is full filled. You ended your response with I won’t be able to purchase from you again, based on your responses do you think I would want to anyway?

The second time I’ve ordered from Spicy Joes, the products are of excellent quality and delivered as promised. Quickly becoming my spice provider of choice.

I have ordered from Spicy Joes ever since Al’s Kitchen partnered with them. Over the past year I have bought about 15 different spice mixes, to try the different recipes which I have seen on YouTube. The Pathia and Bhuna are my favourites so far, though I will get around to trying more once I have made another batch of base gravy. Another amazing thing about the spice mixes is that they can be given as gifts, due to there being anQR code on the back of each packet, which links directly to the recipe video. All in all these are the best spice mixes and tutorials I have ever used and the 12 people who shared the last curry with me over the new year also agree.

Great updates about the order via email, fast delivery considering I ordered over Xmas and new year! Can't wait to try the spice blends. Packets easy to store in the cupboard and resealable!

I always use Spicy Joes for my Indian Spices because the quality and service are first class. I know they’ve had a few issues with deliveries due to the popularity of the ‘Al’s Kitchen’ brand but that should not put you off…have a little patience and order well in advance and I promise you, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Spicy Joe's. This The first time I've used this firm. Due to ordering over the Xmas period my delivery was very quick indeed. I've not used any spices yet but I'm sure they'll be great. Ricardo's spice mix + bassar mix powder, doubled up the order so will last a long time. The bags of spice have a ziplock sealer on them - handy after opening the bag you can re-seal it easily, wish everyone did this.
