This agency is the ONLY DECENT agency in Liverpool that I know and have worked so far.What they say ,they do! I have worked with them this year and continue to work when I have possibiliy because I am single mother with a little son and can't work full time.Other agencies or many have contact me saying and swearing promises and the end big nothing.On the contrary thus agency and People that work there are very communicative and kind,providing you as much days as you need work.And pay is always on time!

rTriibe is an agency for teaching staff. They provide cover supervisor and teaching assistant roles. They have an app where you can set your availability and you can receive offers of work to accept or decline. It's quite good except you don't get a notification from the app so you have to keep opening the app to check if you've received an offer of work. Usually it's too late and someone else has already taken it. It'd be better if the app could give a notification when an offer of work is received. They also send a lot of emails when you receive an offer of work which spams your inbox quite a bit The pay advertised is false. For example they advertise a job paying £75 per day but in reality you will get paid with your own holiday pay to top up your wages and you'll receive no paid holidays. In reality it pays £60 a day and £15 of your holiday pay. rTriibe want you to actually be employed by a 3rd party umbrella company called Compass and not be employed directly by rTriibe themselves. This relieves rTriibe of some of their legal responsibilities towards their employees and presents a more worrying situation for the employee as it may be more difficult to get you rights or anything properly resolved through rTriibe (as they aren't technically your employer). I don't believe they give you any choice in the matter but you're forced to be employed by the umbrella company named Compass to work for rTriibe. It's important to note then that your employer is Compass, not rTriibe. rTriibe/Compass ask people to opt out of some regulations which are in place to protect the rights of agency workers. It's better not to agree to opt out and to assert your rights. rTriibe can give people a good opportunity to get into a teaching assistant role, or to get cover supervisor experience, with the intention of moving on to full time employment directly through the school. To improve the rating rTriibe should: -Make the app give notifications for offers of work -Advertise the pay correctly and give holiday pay correctly -Be the employer of their staff directly and not use umbrella companies -Not ask employees to opt out of regulations which are in place to protect them

Absolutely amazing. I want to thank from the bottom of my heart James and Jonny who helped me to get a job in education which has been a dream for me.
