I have now worked with rTriibe for just over a month. The recruitment process was really smooth. Had an initial online meeting of about 30 minutes with the agency. Here, the role was explained in more detail, and I was given some very helpful advice regarding how to apply for DBS checks. Once I got the DBS sorted, I was offered work the following day. I have spoken to at least three of the people at the agency, and they have all been incredibly helpful and supportive. In addition, they respond to queries any time of day it seems. They manage to combine professionalism with a friendly attitude in way I have never experienced before. I cannot recommend this agency enough.

A well managed operation

strong employers however I do feel slightly disorganised, as same emails have been sent out by different people and not taking into consideration distance to schools and timings from where I reside

All has been nice and helpful in terms of communication, placement and care. However, there is need to consider distance when doing the placements. Some schools are far and if there could be a consideration of transport refund it would be a plus. Thank you.
