United States | 01 July 2023Within 24hrs of ordering I emailed them asking to cancel because my friend, in the hospital, had to be revived 4 times in one day. They ignored my email for 2 days until it was too late. When I responded saying that is terrible customer service I received another email telling me it was my fault & they offered to refund everything but shipping out of goodness of their heart!? If your business is gift baskets, you can't ignore emails. Update: I was not going to get into it with you while I was cooking dinner, so yes, I hung up. I never asked for a refund. I asked to cancel order, then I said,, thank God you can cancel that request. At that point if you had just apologized for the situation, nothing else would have been said. But after your last unkind email to me ,I decided to leave a review

United States | 17 April 2023I messed up when ordering and put the wrong send date, i wanted the baskets to arrive by Easter and sent asap but put Easter date as send date. I emailed customer service ice and received a reply almost immediately. He fixed my mistake and baskets arrived on time.

The bucket was from the Dollar tree I know because I made a bucket for my older son spent way less $ and it looked much better with more items. Overpriced for what you charged and we have to pay Shipping. I purchased 2 buckets from you 1 for my 2 year old son and my niece. I will never purchase from this sight again. It looked very cheap and the items placed inside are thoughtless and pointless. I will definitely do my own next year. I will not recommend this sight to anyone. Your pictures are very misleading.

On top of that, no tracking available until a day after valentine's day. Finally, way overpriced for so taking advantage of the holiday. Although the date I chose for delivery was a Holiday. So I made a call and sent an email. Someone contacted me back within an hour to inform me of the delivery date. The date given was right on time and correct.
