I was the recent winner of the Father's Day Gift Basket Giveaway. The basket I won had various cheeses, nuts, and snack crackers. Both my wife and I really enjoy all the products. I asked that the gift be sent close to Father's Day but it was sent immediately instead. When I wrote and said I asked that it be held I got all kinds of excuses as to why this wasn't possible. Very poor customer service and the gift doesn't look nearly as good as the pictures did. Now he is trying to blame me for asking for a simple thing. Any other store would have done what I requested . I didn't have to look for fault, he provided that on his own. I will spend my money elsewhere in future and suggest others do the same since he obviously cannot be civil about his own shortcomings.

I recieved a tracking message from Ups that the package had been delivered. When I contacted you to report the package had not been delivered, I was told to contact UPS claims. You sent me a proof of delivery for Fort Worth TX. You should have caught this. You had given the wrong tracking number. Correct package was delivered on time
