This company, after discovering and I several others were not receiving orders their supplier showed as shipped, contacted me, went out and shopped for and put together a gift basket, and refunded my money as well. I asked them to please NOT shop given the COVID19 outbreak but today my daughter received a lovely spa basket. Above and beyond the call of duty. We were so disappointed that our princess basket did not arrive on time. We are in Pennsylvania and it was our granddaughter's 3rd birthday and Easter in Park City, Utah. Then I got an email that it wasn't going to get there and was delayed untilll after Easter and did I want to cancel so I just cancelled it. I was told that it would almost certainly get there on Saturday or Easter Sunday at the latest. I told my son and wife that we had the Easter basket covered and sent a picture. Then we got an email that it was delayed. We felt bad that we didn't have any gift for Effie Rose. Luckily they had some jelly beans and plastic eggs. 🐰😭👸 Linda

After some confusion with the delivery of my package the owner reached out to me and explained to me about the error in my gift. He was extremely concerned and takes his business very seriously. In addition to tracking down my package which was in fact on its way, He refunded my shipping since it did not arrive on time. My friend loved her gift and this is a good company who did the right thing and cares about it's customers! I would recommend them and use them again!
