Did not receive what I had ordered which was Duckadoodles for my grandson. He received an Easter Basket with little girl’s items. Very disappointed. I will not be ordering again. Christine Kirkpatrick

I would not waste my time or money with this unprofessional poor customer service company. You will not get what you ordered! The company has chosen to respond with my correspondence and I stand by my claim. I’m sure if you saw the pics and received the items in the condition received you would be angry too. I don’t need anything free because it’s all trash for me. Maybe you should share the pics of what was ordered versus what was received since you want to claim “She wants a free basket!”

My grandchildren loved the Easter cookie bouquet. I was concerned the cookies would break in transit but they were packaged so well that every one of them was perfect when they arrived. Love the Easter design on each cookie. The hardest decision for them was choosing the one they wanted to eat first. Will definitely purchase from Canterberry again.

Package arrived day after Easter very disappointed

Baskets were really cute but some of the treats were expired. I didn’t like how everything was stuck together by tape. The tape was really hard to get off and even ruined some of the wrapping.

I ordered too late for the gifts to come prior to the holiday & when Canterberry noticed the gifts were not going to make it in time for the holiday they contacted me and we were able to cancel the shipment in transit. Great customer service!

Wish it had better detail in the description... My daughter does not eat chocolate and many of the snacks had chocolate in them. I wish the description had been a little more detailed so that I could have chosen something else that she would have enjoyed more.

The item was well priced, there were quality tasting treats in a very nice presentation. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the shipping length of time. It took 6 days to arrive and according to the shipper website, I am a 3 day zone. That was a bit disappointing but I would definitely order again. I just know to expect the package to take longer to arrive.

The Movie Basket was a huge hit in both size and surprise! It has supplied two movie nights already, and is still going strong! The children love the Oscar statue and are taking turns sleeping with it in their rooms at night. A definite way to grasp the imagination and magic of movies for kids and those wanna-be Academy Award winners.
