I rang the customer service desk up for some challenges with my SIM card and Sanju was so helpful in resolving the issue. He is very experienced.

Slow port in taking 3 days meaning I can't work because of 2 factor authentication. Took 55 minutes to get through to customer service, I still didn't so I hung up. Their chat agent spoke about everything other than solving my problem. You get what you pay for.
