Ordered two SIMs. Despite me receiving emails confirming the orders, they managed to get the wrong details on the SIMs, then deleted my account and when re-registered, failed to apply the correct tariff. Contact from their "care" team is sporadic, written in what might be termed "Broken English", and fails to answer or address my concerns. It should not be difficult to correct simple problems, but their whole attitude is one of "we can't do it". Nearly three weeks after ordering, I have been unable to use two SIMs and am not getting any assistance. Even the survey they sent to ask about my experience was riddled with problems. Very poor and definitely not recommended. Update: On the 12th Feb I sent them an email repeating the problems and telling them precisely how to put things.right. Now the 17th and still no response. I can see the reply (14th Feb) to my review saying that they will reach out to me. Nothing heard yet. I will pdate if anything develops.
