United Kingdom | 13 February 2025I Moved from Sky to Lebara because they had some great deals and free EU roaming. However, I have now found out that I can not get WiFi calling because my phone which is 2 years old!! only has android 13 and I need minimum of 15. I had no problems at all with Sky. It should be made clear in the advertising blurb, as there must be many thousands of people with phones 2 or 3 years old. Very very disappointing! I need WiFi calling as I often have very poor signal in certain areas where I work. No contact from Lebara so far 10th Feb. The above review was left on 6th Feb. Lebara replied that they were sorry and would contact me asap. We would love the chance to put things right. Well, what can I say! No contact yet!

Called 4 times for different reasons; from activating an old Lebara sim to porting of my number from another provider to new Labara sim; each time I got expert guidance with attention to detail from each adviser, even just before the closing time from Sarfraz.

United Kingdom | 13 February 2025Two days ago I bought a new Google Pixel 7a phone as my 7 year LG K8 had almost died. Although both phones are android it was not going to be possible to link them for data transfer. So I had to start manually from scratch and follow prompts from Google. All was fine until Google told me to place my Sim card into the new phone. I lost communication altogether not able to make/receive calls or text. Phoned Lebara helpline and was so fortunate to speak with Raunak who in a little over 40 minutes calmly working away at his end got everything connecting and talking again. An absolute star. I've just WhatsApp to sort out next - wish me luck!
