United Kingdom | 05 February 2025Lebara have spoilt my family holiday in Australia. I expected to use my mobile in Australia and pay for a roaming package. HOW WRONG I WAS. Following 2 customer service chats because of having NO MOBILE SERVICE I was told there was a problem. I paid for a roaming package for Australia and was told there was a problem. Why did they take my money for something they could not provide. It has resulted in me not being able to keep in touch with family and their answer was to buy a local SIM. With how I feel now I wish I could give Xero stars. What is worse, my husband also has a Lobar SIM. WHAT A MISTAKE. I was promised that Lebara would reach out to me - I have heard nothing. I am seriously thinking of moving both accounts to a different provider.

Piyush payiently guided me through my phone's settings, adding a new "channel" which, after restarting my phone, enabled access to the internet. Excellent service from Piyush and Lebara.
