Live chat agents absolute waste of time they just continue to say it will be resolved in 48 hours. Can’t even text to get PAC code to leave !! Quite frankly don’t believe the 5 star reviews. It’s only got one because you have to put something GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!

Quick enough to take the money but OH SO SLOW when it comes sorting out THEIR problem. I have been told TODAY that a 3rd/THIRD sim card is being sent to me. I won't hold my breath, but in todays environment not having a working mobile phone for nearly 3/THREE weeks is not acceptable.
