I have lost count of the number of times I have spoken to a real live person, and the endless e-mails. Surely someone at LEBARA is able to rectify the problem. The ongoing saga of suggested fixes continues with "we'll send you a new sim (third one by the way) SHAMBOLIC COMPANY - AS SOON AS i CAN SOMEHOW GET A PAC NUMBER I'LL BE LEAVING AND GOOD RIDDANCE

United Kingdom | 03 February 2025I recently gave my Mum a mobile with a Lebara SIM. Calls diverted to voicemail too quickly before she could answer them. I tried to extend the ring time to the maximum 30 seconds. It would only extend to 20 seconds. I tried to turn off the voicemail. It won't turn off. I reported the problem. The Lebara operator told me he had escalated it to the 'concerns' team and they would be in touch within 24 - 48 hours. 3 days later they haven't called.
