Unable to solve a problem they promise to call you back, hoping that you will go away! Lebara DISHONEST script for dealing with issues they can't / won't resolve : " I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK TODAY" " I PROMISE THAT WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU TOMORROW " " WE HAVE ESCALATED THIS....." " WE HAVE PASSED THIS ON TO OUR COMPAINTS TEAM" Don't waste hours of your life being lied to. AVOID LEBARA.

United Kingdom | 17 February 2025Port-in request to transfer my old number into Lebara, which was successfully submitted is still not completed despite receiving a confirmation and two working days. I lost my old network but the transfer is still pending. My mobile number is not working and not activated on the Lebara network. Ofcom regulation states that the transfer must be completed in one working day.

You can use your UK allowance in EU, India & many other countries. Their customer service is very quick and effective. Rutuja, a customer service agent provided great service & even gave me 2 GB free data when I was on roaming. I would definitely recommend Lebara over other network providers..

Does Lebara still use the Vodafone network? If so presumably its the slow lane..... Not the first time that their internet connection has been useless in York city centre. There is a reason Lebara cheap: its poor.... . Slow lane of Vodafone......?
